3. ELIGIBILITY
   Open only to Florida residents who are 18 years of age or older when entering. Sponsor’s owner, employees, and their immediate family or household members are ineligible. Void where prohibited. Sponsor may request reasonable evidence of eligibility from potential winners.

4. FREE ENTRY
   During the entry period, submit the free sweepstakes form at https://BraidedByWire.com. Provide first name, a valid mobile phone number, and optionally an Instagram handle; answer the required questions about being 18 or older and being a Florida resident, and agree to these rules. No email address or Instagram account is required. Only entrants answering “Yes” to both eligibility questions are eligible for the drawing. Limit one entry per person for the entire promotion; multiple entries may be disqualified. Entries must be submitted by the entrant, be complete and accurate, and be received before the deadline. No purchase, booking, Instagram follow, like, comment, share, or tagging of friends is required, and these activities do not improve odds.

5. PRIZES AND ESTIMATED MAXIMUM VALUES
   Five prizes will be awarded in order drawn:
   First prize: 20% off up to eight qualifying 2027 Signature Full Service loc maintenance appointments, with a maximum discount of $40 per appointment; maximum total value $320.
   Second prize: 20% off up to six such appointments, maximum $40 each; maximum total value $240.
   Third prize: 20% off up to three such appointments, maximum $40 each; maximum total value $120.
   Fourth prize: 20% off one such appointment, maximum $40; maximum value $40.
   Fifth prize: 30% off one such appointment, maximum $60; maximum value $60.
   Total maximum advertised discount value: $780. Actual value may be lower depending on eligible service prices and the number of qualifying appointments used.

Discounts apply solely to the Signature Full Service loc maintenance service charge, including its applicable time-since-maintenance pricing tier, for services performed January 1 through December 31, 2027. They exclude add-ons, detox, color, repairs, extensions, retail products, and all other charges. Winners pay the remaining service balance and any additional charges. Discounts cannot be stacked with other promotions, transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to completed appointments. A qualifying 2027 appointment already booked before the drawing may receive a discount without canceling and rebooking. Each discounted appointment uses one of the prize’s allotted appointments. Unused discounts expire December 31, 2027, without cash compensation or extension.

1. DRAWING AND ODDS
   On November 25, 2026, at approximately 7:00 p.m. ET, Sponsor will randomly select five potential winners from eligible entries. Drawing results will be announced during an Instagram Live at @braidedbywire. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. Selection is provisional until eligibility and acceptance are confirmed.

2. NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT
   Sponsor will contact each potential winner individually by text at the phone number supplied on the entry form to verify eligibility and confirm acceptance. There is no automatic 48-hour forfeiture period. Sponsor will make reasonable documented efforts to contact potential winners; if a person is ineligible, declines, or cannot be reached after reasonable attempts, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate. Once verified, winners may be named in a public announcement graphic using their first names and optional Instagram handles; handles may be tagged. Entrants without Instagram are equally eligible and will be notified by text. Phone numbers will not be published.

3. BOOKING AND DEADLINES
   Winners who want January 2027 priority booking should confirm a January appointment by Tuesday, December 1, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. ET, before the January calendar opens to the public at 7:00 p.m. ET. Missing this deadline forfeits only January advance-booking priority, not the prize.
   Winners awarded multiple discounted appointments should communicate preferred remaining 2027 appointment dates by Tuesday, December 8, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. ET. Missing this deadline forfeits only advance scheduling priority, not unused awarded discounts. Winners are not required to book January appointments.
   All bookings are subject to availability and Sponsor’s standard booking, lateness, cancellation, and no-show policies. Specific dates and times are not guaranteed. Discounts apply only to qualifying services actually performed within the prize period.

4. PRIVACY AND COMMUNICATIONS
   Sponsor will use entry information to administer the promotion, prevent duplicate entries, contact and verify potential winners, and arrange prize redemption. Entrants agree to receive messages necessary to administer their entries and prizes; marketing-text consent is not required and should be requested separately if desired. By entering, entrants acknowledge that, if selected and confirmed, their first names and provided Instagram handles may be publicly announced. Do not publicly display entrant phone numbers. Sponsor should provide a privacy notice identifying its handling and retention of entry information.

5. ADMINISTRATION
   Sponsor may disqualify fraudulent, automated, duplicate, or otherwise noncompliant entries. If the promotion cannot be conducted as planned for reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel it only as permitted by law and will endeavor to maintain a fair selection process. Sponsor’s administration decisions are subject to applicable law. Taxes, if any, are the winners’ responsibility.
